I was contacted by Mike and we discussed the making of a “proposal video” that he wanted to surprise his girlfriend Katie with. He had a pretty good idea of what he wanted to accomplish and I had some ideas to contribute regarding video taping and final presentation of the surprise.

Corporal Elmer Kidd was killed in action back in November of 1950 when he was only 26 years old. Kidd was a local man from Seneca Falls when he enlisted in the army in 1948.
We filmed this group at the Smith Opera House in Geneva New York. They performed before Rebecca Colleen & the Chore Lads and Claire Lynch Band, and helped provide a wonderful night of Bluegrass music.We enjoyed working with Mike Cloonan and are currently in production working on a compilation of their music from this set.
