Working with CornellCALS (College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University), we have produced two new videos. The first, which we shot and edited, was for the introduction of their new Strawberry variety called Archer.
“Archer, the newest Cornell strawberry variety, concentrates intense flavor in a berry big enough to fill the palm of your hand.”
This tasty behemoth is the latest in a long line of fruit varieties released at Cornell’s New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, NY.
The second, which we shot the footage for, was for the introduction of the Nation’s First High-Pressure Validation Facility for Foodborne Pathogens. Due to the animation created in house at Cornell it was decided that they would edit this short in house as well.
The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences has become the nation’s first commercial-scale validation facility for a technology that kills foodborne pathogens and extends shelf- life — without heat or chemical preservatives — for fresh, ready-to-eat foods like juice, baby foods, meats, and salads.
